Standard Processes

KnightFM is an ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007 Certified Company.
The organization is fully committed to maintaining a world-class Operating System through the use of an internally developed Integrated Management System (IMS). The IMS is a cohesive system covering the requirements of the following international standards:

    1. Quality (ISO 9001:2008)
    2. Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001:2007)

Our primary strategic approach is simple: Focus on the Customer, Standardize through a Process-Driven system, function in a Pro-Active manner and Drive Continuous Improvements throughout the Operation.


Materials / Leveraged Purchasing

KnightFM has national account service agreements with numerous material vendors and suppliers of services that are not self-performed. These agreements give us leverage in pricing and a foundation for quality and continuous improvement. We continually introduce new technologies for efficiencies in the facility management industry. KnightFM prepares specifications and a schedule to obtain competitive bids. We review these bids, taking into account opportunities to source to minority suppliers. Once awarded, the successful supplier’s performance is continuously monitored and evaluated.


Training and Development

KnightFM has the resources to perform any type of training that may be required at our customers’ locations. We not only provide requisite training for our own employees, but are qualified and capable of performing training for employees of our customers.


Transitional Approach

If awarded a contract we will ensure that your facility services are started properly and seamlessly.  We utilize a common Transitional approach that has proven itself time and time again.  A common plan is used, however each plan is built to meet your specific contract and facility needs.  We strive to ensure that our services are delivered to meet your demands.
