The organization has allocated the resources needed to maintain ISO 9001:2008 Certification. The QMS meets the standard requirements per the ISO 9001:2008 standard and is designed around a problem-solving and continual improvement model knows as “P, D, C, A”, or Plan, Do, Check, Act.
This model is integrated into the flow of each process and activity to drive continual improvement, ensuring that the necessary follow-up and feedback is filtered throughout the life cycle of each process.
Each process of the QMS is designed to address and ensure that the eight quality management principles are built into our every activity. These standard principles provided focus and guidance in creating the organization’s QMS.
