KnightFM is fully committed to maintaining a world-class quality program through the use of a standard ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System (QMS). The organization has allocated the resources needed to maintain ISO 9001:2008 Certification. The QMS meets the standard requirements per the ISO 9001:2008 standard and is designed around a problem-solving and continual improvement model knows as “P, D, C, A”, or Plan, Do, Check, Act.
