Knight & Associates, Inc., a world leader in the planning and development of technically advanced facilities; KnightFM was founded to fill the growing need for professional facilities management services. KnightFM is a privately owned company with corporate headquarters located in Saginaw, Michigan and Chicago, Illinois.

With operations in over half the United States and internationally throughout 3 continents, KnightFM provides a wide range of facilities management services. Despite our Global presence, KnightFM brings with it a local focus on customer relations and service. Our professional expertise is suited for multiple facility types and markets.

We provide very thorough safety training at the start of the contract and refresher training on an annual basis, combining customer site specific safety initiatives into this training.
