Daniel started with KnightFM in 1996 working in Site Operations within the Automotive/Manufacturing market. Working his way to the top, Daniel has held numerous positions, including: Paint-Shop Director, Operations Director, Global Quality Director, International Technical ISP, Vice President of Technical Services, and Vice President of Operations. In addition to the domestic business, he is responsible for the KnightFM global subsidiaries and interests in its international joint ventures whereas he serves in various Board of Directors capacities.

Daniel has a BBA from Northwood University and has completed additional graduate studies and programs at numerous schools including: University of Michigan, Harvard University Graduate School of Design, University of Wisconsin Department of Engineering, Eastern Michigan University, University of Western Ontario Surface Science Laboratories, etc. He is a Certified Plant Engineer (CPE) and a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) with the Association for Facilities Engineering. He is also a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) with the International Facility Management Association, a Certified Facility Manager of Japan (CFMJ) with the Japanese Facility Management Association, an accredited Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI), and is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) with the US Green Building Council.

ArgyleDennis Argyle, CPA

Dennis has been with KnightFM since 2004, starting as Vice President of Finance. He has built his knowledge within private industry experience with national companies including subsidiary consolidation. His experience includes management of accounting department, capital budgeting, cash flow analysis, cash management, equipment, equipment financing, financial statement preparation and analysis, internal control maintenance, fringe benefit administration, data flow and documentation, He has a diverse financial background within the public accounting industry. Public accounting experience includes audits of private companies, not for profit entities and public schools.

Dennis has an extensive understanding of computerized mainframe accounting systems, including "behind the scenes" information flow. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. He is responsible for the oversight of the entire financial process – from internal revenue to cash flow analysis. He also oversees human resources, labor relations and contract negotiations.

Robert started his career with KnightFM in 2007 as an Assistant Facility Manager within the Automotive/Manufacturing market. He has several years of experiences in the facilities management application prior to joining KnightFM in Municipalities and Schools. He has held several positions during his time with KnightFM including Facility Manager, Operations Director, Director of FM Processes, and Global Quality Director. He seeks to uphold Safety and Quality standards. Robert lead the efforts in KnightFM attaining certifications in OHSAS 18001 (International Health and Safety Standard) and ISO 9001 (International Quality Standard). He is also experienced in the Environmental Standard (ISO 14001).

As a graduate of Ferris State University, he achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Facilities Management and a Masters of Business Administration degree with a strategic focus on advanced studies in Quality Management. Rob is well versed in the ISO/OHSAS certification process and provides world-wide leadership for the company. He is a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) with the Association for Facilities Engineering and also an accredited Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI).

Mike started with KnightFM in 2005 in the financial department. He manages accounts payable, accounts receivable and customer billing. Mike also oversees all corporate purchasing activities including contract administration duties. He is responsible for generating site specific budgets and revenue forecasts. He also produces project profitability reporting and monthly financial statements. Other responsibilities include daily working capital management, coordinating foreign subsidiary monthly financial reporting and assisting sales with pricing.

He attained a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting from Central Michigan University.
