Working with Knight FM

Knight FM brings with it a local focus on customer relations and service across an array of facility types and markets. We pride ourselves on our agility, flexibility and proactiveness, understanding that industries are constantly evolving, and so too are our clients needs. Our model is designed to provide efficient and cost-effective delivery of tailored solutions.

We understand that all businesses operate in their own way and with their own standards of quality, quantity and costs … even if they are in the same industry. We work closely with our clients to understand their individual requirements before creating a bespoke strategy that adds value, aligns with their vision, maintains statutory and regulatory requirements, and supports their core business by efficiently and effectively managing outcomes. We do this by considering:

Management structure and corporate culture
Core business strategy
Region, location and other environmental factors
Services critical to core business
Internal capability and skills
Availability and expertise of suppliers
Risks associated with the above

Strategy FM Deployment

We deconstruct our client’s overarching business goals and create measurable objectives to deliver tangible value. With decades of experience across critical industries, we offer a tailored and collaborative approach with the agility to meet your evolving needs.
